: A chemical-week diet and lose practicing from 4 to 6 kg in one week
The first day: Fruit only unspecified quantity. Until saturation
Day Two: Vegetables, only unspecified quantity
The third day: Fruit and vegetables are also an unspecified quantity
Day Four: Bananas and Rob any quantity
Fifth day: boiled rice and Rob any quantity
The sixth day and seventh day: any quantity grills
Possible tea and coffee but without sugar

The first day: melon at breakfast and lunch (any quantity) +2 a banana for dinner.
Second day:
300 grams of apples in breakfast and lunch +2 a banana for dinner.
Third day:
Hmmam throughout the day and in any quantity.
Fourth day:
3 fruits of banana in each of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Fifth day:
Fruit salad all day. (Apple, banana, orange, strawberry, pear).
The sixth day: 100 grams of figs for breakfast, a banana +2 in both lunch and dinner.
And the seventh day:
Melon throughout the day.
And repeat this system for another week and then given a rest for one week and then repeat for two more weeks.
Can take fruit salad rather than any kind of fruit earlier.
